We require the additional help of 3-4 people for a period of not more than 10 minutes under normal operating conditions.  We'll explain.  After inflation of the MediaMonster screen, it rests in a horizontal position parallel with the ground.  Then we upright the screen to it's normal position.  The uppermost vertical columns have 4 tie-down ropes which are staked to the ground.  A person holding each end of the four ropes around the screen will protect against a breeze or guest pushing the screen over.  Each person will hold the rope until one of our staff can drive the stake in the appropriate area and then tie off the rope to the stake.  This process usually takes about 10 minutes.

Other companies providing a similar service to ours would require you to supply a 3-4 person crew from set-up to tear-down, usually a period of not less than 6 hours.  Not only does this pose a liability concern, it also creates unwanted staffing problems and payroll dollars.
